A Limited Number of Booths Spaces are Available!
Each exhibitor booth is either 10 x 10 or 8 x 10 with an 8’ tall back wall drape, 3’ tall side drape, one 6’ draped table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket. Booth size will be announced after fire marshal approval.
Our decorating company is Innovative Expo. All exhibitors will be notified when the Exhibitor Service Kit is available online.
Booth Locations are available on a first come, first served basis.
If you are concerned about who your booth neighbors are, call before making your selection.
Applications must be accompanied by a check or credit card.
Cancellation: If written notice of cancellation is received by May 1, 2019, a refund less $300 will be made. After May 1st, a refund less $300,00 will be made only if we are sold out and your booth space has been resold.
Exhibit space includes ONE complete conference registration.
Additional Exhibitor Badges may be purchased separately at $500. per person.
